Patients who are new to the clinic (first appointment) or returning to the clinic after a long gap in care would be considered for these appointments. These usually last about 60 minutes (face-to-face time) but could be longer based on the complexity of the case.
Established patient management
These appointments are for patients already seen for a new patient appointment and are having a regular follow-up with us. They usually last 25 minutes (face-to-face time) but could be longer if needed.

Crisis assessments for New patients. If you are experiencing active thoughts of harming self or others, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for urgent safety evaluation.

Prescription of controlled substances via Telemedicine (requires an initial in-person evaluation)

Admission to a Psychiatric or Medical hospital. We are an independent outpatient service and do not have privileges nor any affiliation with local/regional hospitals.
